THE STORY
Ococoon is the creation of the Ounsi sisters - Nada and Randa. Both born and raised in the notable old quarters of Beirut (Capital of Lebanon), in a magnificent home where custom and etiquette mattered. Every time the family gathered around for dinner; silver crockery, starched linen, initialed table cloths, and imprinted tablecloth rings were all components of the dinner experience.
This home was built in 1940, and its house was packed with attractive things: sparkler chandeliers, gigantic Persian rugs, together with art works by their grandfather, the much-admired Lebanese artist, Omar Ounsi.
